Ordering  

Q: How can I buy your products?

A: Our products are sold directly through our website, local auction portals, local sales portals and online stores.  

Q: Who should I contact about shipping and order changes?

A:Please email us at sales@mproduct.pl and add the Order No. in the title.  

Q: I am a dealer and would like to cooperate with you. Who should I contact?

A:For dealer orders or inquiries, please contact us at: sales@mproduct.pl    

Shipping  

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: Most orders are shipped via DPD Express.  

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A: Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method. Orders within Poland will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders within the EU ( excluding Poland) will be delivered within 2-7 business days after placing the order. International orders will arrive within 2-12 business days after placing the order. In all cases, you will receive an email with tracking information.    

Q: How do I know when my order will be shipped?

A: When your order is shipped, you will receive an email. We ship Monday through Friday.    Returns and warranty  

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We accept returns on products that have not been used - for example, if you use our product and it becomes soiled with glue or scratched, it cannot be returned. We will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned package. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Please contact us at sales@mproduct.pl for return instructions.   

Q: Can I exchange the product for a different size?

A: We are unable to make an exchange. However, we do accept returns on products that have not been used (details above). You can place a new order for the size/type of your choice. This also allows us to deliver the product you need faster, as we don't have to wait for a return before we can ship a new product.  

Q: What is the warranty policy?

A: MPRODUCT guarantees that its products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, modification, neglect, normal and reasonable wear and tear, collision or impact.
